ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN MISSOURI AND TITLE PASSES
TO THE BUYER IN MISSOURI. We make no representation to the legal rights of
anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any sate outside of Missouri.
the buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. Placing an
order with your credit card, check or cash, you authorize The Merchant TWS (and
Pars & Cigars, Inc.) to act on your behalf. We then will
process and shipping the order, including using the services of a common carrier
to deliver your order. WINES WILL BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS
WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, YOU
REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your wines or
other alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the order will be
required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of
age. All sales are subject to applicable Missouri state sales. All
wines are subject to availability. Many vintage wines are limited in
availability. When they go out of stock, they are not normally
replaceable. Our wines are stored in a climate-controlled environment.
All bottles over 10 years old are at the buyers risk. In the event of a
misprint, the price posted in our store will determine the final price.
DELIEVERY:
Please allow 7-10 days to receive a normal
ground shipment. If you have special instructions for your delivery
please call 1-816-478-8080 or 1-573-302-7670. We cannot ship to a Post
Office Box. The purchaser is responsible for the claim if damage or loss
occurs once the product leaves our premises. Claims are difficult due to
the many regulations governing the transportation of alcohol. For quality
control we reserve the right to hold our wine orders for up to 90 days before
shipping. Wine can be damaged by temperature extremes. We will not
ship if the temperature is not within acceptable ranges. It is your
responsibility to advise us what temperatures are in your area. We are not
responsible if you request shipment and the wines are transported in a climate
outside an acceptable temperature range. We will hold and store wine
purchases up to 90 days. In the event any wines do not arrive, or
are damaged in shipment to us, or are damaged by us prior to shipment to you, we
will make every effort to substitute, subject to your approval, wines of equal
value. If we are unable to adequately find a substitution, we will
refund your payment.
